VILA MARIA RUSTIC
VILA MARIA RUSTIC has a 70 sqm living room with a functional wood-burning fireplace and a bar, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, traditional or classic tableware), a terrace with barbecue and gazebo, parking spaces, and the possibility to serve meals on request. The villa is equipped with all the necessary tableware for a party of 12–15 people (plates, cutlery, glasses – absolutely everything needed). Each room has its own bathroom, LCD TV, and a double bed. In 3 of the rooms we can provide an extra bed for a child. We can also organize conferences with a capacity of 30–35 people. The guesthouse has two stone gazebos with barbecue areas where guests can cook in a cauldron, on a griddle, or grill, and

can organize private parties or events. Parking is private and arranged inside the guesthouse premises. For children, there is an indoor play area with toys, hockey and table tennis tables, as well as outdoor swings and a slide. The swimming pool is covered, open all year round, with a variable depth from 1 m to 2 m, a length of 10 m and a width of 4 m. The sauna can be used traditionally (Finnish sauna) or for wellness purposes (infrared sauna). Both villas are located in the same place in Predeal, National Road no. 87 (DN 1), Brașov county, and can be rented entirely for parties, events, and team buildings, or just by rooms for wonderful stays in a mountain atmosphere with fresh air, good vibes, and relaxation.
